Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods in our online shop. Here you can find out what is meant by the individual shipping methods.
Standard Shipping - Parcel
We send your order as a parcel with tracking.
Standard Shipping - Small parcel
Shipping service providers in many countries offer a service for small parcels up to 1kg. In Germany, this service is called "Warenpost".
If you choose this option, we will usually send your order in a padded envelope without tracking.
Standard Shipping - Letter
If your order is small enough, for example a single location map extension, we can send you your order as a letter.
In this case there is no tracking and tracing.
Trade-Fair Pickup
Every year at SPIEL in Essen, we offer our visitors the opportunity to order our novelties from us in advance and then pick them up at our booth during the trade fair.
We usually offer this service until the end of September, but no later than 1 week before the start of the fair.
If you have ordered your games by pick-up, please visit us at our booth at the fair up to and including Friday to collect your order. Please bring your invoice with you so that we can find and process your order more quickly.
Add to my order of the Orléans Anniversary Box.
If you have already ordered the Orléans Anniversary Box, you can also order our other novelties free of shipping costs. You can find out how to do this here:
As usual, select the novelties you would like to order in addition to the Anniversary Box. As soon as you are ready, go to the checkout and select "Add to my Order of the Orléans Anniversary Box." under "Shipping method". Then write the order ID of the order for the anniversary box in the comments field "Notes and requests". You can find the order ID on your invoice or in your customer account under "Order history".
Please understand that we can only waive the shipping costs for your new order if you enter the same delivery address for both orders.
If you cancel the original order for the Anniversary Box, we will have to charge you the shipping costs for the new order retrospectively.
